About Us
D & D Tire and Auto opened its doors in 1979 by brothers Ted and Herb Damrow. Although
they had sights on providing only tires and batteries, it quickly grew from a one bay operation to a two bay and then a four bay operation. In 1996 the business was purchased by us, Chuck and Bobbi Damrow.
Since purchasing the business from Chuck's father, we have expanded to a six bay operation, added the tire warehouse (we have the area's largest tire inventory), additional parking, technological equipment advancements, interior modernization as well as our partnership with American Car Care and NAPA Autocare. In 2002, D & D Techni-Lube, featuring Shell Formula Motor Oil, opened. We are proud to offer fast, professional oil change service while you wait. Other brands of motor oil are also available.
Our business objective is to provide quality, professional service. Our equipment includes state-of-the-art computerized wheel balancers, alignment equipment and diagnostics and our technicians are ASE Certified. Besides auto repair, maintenance and towing/recovery, D & D is noted for its auto/truck restyling know-how.
